5 Things You Shouldn’t Forget When Planning Your Wedding

You’ve ticked everything off your wedding planning checklist and you sure you’ve taken care of every last detail. No matter how thorough you are it’s good to check you haven’t forgotten any of these small but important wedding planning details.

Collect your stuff

Want to keep some of your wedding programs, menus or some decorations as a memento? Make sure you ask someone to collect these things when they are done with because otherwise they could be thrown away. When you leave your service there will probably be people on hand to prepare the venue for the next couple. While they might keep them for you, they might get lost or accidently thrown away. If someone can collect them before the clean up starts then you will be able to keep them and share them with people who couldn’t come to your wedding. If you’re changing out of your gown before you head to your reception then you will need a person to take it home for you, same applies to your shoes and accessories!

Bring your chargers

While you don’t want to be checking your phone all day you do want to have it available. You might want to change your Facebook status to ‘Married’ or you might want to take a selfie – just make sure someone brings phone chargers so you can keep your batteries topped up when they get low.  Same applies to any iPods or music players that you will be using during the evening – you don’t want to be left red faced when the music died because the battery died.
