8 Ultimate Wedding Party Entrance Fails! #WEDDINGPARTYFAIL

The wedding ceremony is over and you can finally relax. But whether you’re the bride, groom, bridesmaid or groomsman there are still plenty of perils ahead. Making your entrance into your reception sounds easy, but combining walking or dancing with dresses, smart shoes and shiny floors are a recipe for disaster! From falling bridesmaids to failed acrobatics, we take a look at some of the ultimate wedding party entrance fails!

The sliding fail!

There are some incredible wedding party entrances that have clearly taken time and effort to create. There’s backflips, synchronized moves, jumps, leaps – you name it a wedding party has done it. Everyone wants to make an entrance to remember, but this one is unforgettable for all the wrong reasons (but it could have ended so much worse!)

The forward fall

Trying to freestyle and do something funny can work out brilliantly, it can also go horribly wrong. Piggybacks are great when you’re a kid, but not so much fun when you’re an adult. This poor bridesmaid and groomsman didn’t even make it into the wedding reception thanks to this epic fail…

The sideways forward fall

As we said…piggybacks were fun once upon a time, but for adults they’re never going to end well. At least this pair made a nice recovery! Top marks for effort.

Hop, skip and a thump!

You had one job! Walk into the room and that’s it. So there isn’t that much scope for failure… or is there? Some people should stick to walking and not try to mix it up because that’s the ultimate recipe for disaster as this pair prove...

The down low fail!

Dresses and dramatic entrances aren’t always a good combination, especially when the bridesmaid is wearing a teeny weenie dress. Anything that is off the ground is kind of a big no, no because when you go up the dress often makes its way up too. But sometimes and overenthusiastic groomsman has other ideas. We see what you were trying to do here, but sadly it never got off the ground!

Practice makes perfect

If you are going to have an entrance that includes an elaborate dance you might as well do it properly or not at all! If you want an epic reception routine then get your wedding party together a few times before the wedding day to rehearse. If they are happy to do it then they should be happy to put in the practice. Remember, the simpler it is the easier it is to get right. These bridesmaids and groomsmen didn’t have much of a clue what they were doing, and it’s obvious!

Flipping fail!

Sometimes you can practice and things can still go wrong. This entrance breaks all the rules – the short dress and a lift, the complicated move – but they almost pulled it off. Sometimes things just go wrong and you have to laugh it off. Looks like the wedding guests all had a good giggle!

That had to hurt!

Finally, if you're going to make a really dramatic entrance, you want to make sure you've planned it down to the finest detail. This poor bride didn't see this coming...
