Get the Body You Want for Your Wedding - for Free!
First off, let's get one thing straight: your husband-to-be loves you. (If you're unsure, check out our five tell-tale signs!) He loves you right now, the way you look - and if he wants to marry you, you can be pretty sure he's prepared to love you when you're a little heavier, a little lighter, and all that's in between!
That said, we know that getting ready for your wedding can be a stressful time, and adding to that anxiety is the knowledge that all eyes will - quite literally - be on you as you go up that aisle, pose for photographs, eat your dinner and get out on that dance floor! So the pressure to whip your body into some kind of shape is pretty considerable.
But like so much else in life, getting fit and toned can seem like a really expensive prospect! Between gym memberships, fitness classes, personal trainers... costs can really rack up! Not to mention the fact that getting there really gets in the way of the rest of your life, which pretty much consists of talking to stationers, liaising with florists, booking vendors - a neverending stream of things that are way higher up the priority list than getting some exercise!

BeFit is a YouTube channel populated by workout videos from celebrity trainers such as The Biggest Loser's Jillian Michaels, Denise Austin (who has released more than 100 exercise DVDs!) and The Booty Bible's Alicia Marie. You will seriously feel the burn from these workouts - and we promise, do them each day (two if you're getting close and feeling desperate!) you will see a difference!

What we love about eFit30 is that there's a huge variety of workouts you can do on this channel, from yoga to pilates and high-intensity circuits, guaranteed to burn fat and up that heart rate! Some of these babies are long, too, so they're ideal if you find yourself with a little more time to fit in your workout!
Whatever you do? Food is 80% of the work - so try to cut down on salt, sugar, saturated fats and processed foods. Y'know what else is killer? Fizzy drinks (even if they're diet!), caffeine and alcohol (duh!). For the countdown to your wedding, try to eat more fruit and veg, lean protein (fish, chicken and eggs - but not too many) and snack on yummy pulses like almonds and mixed seeds. And drink at least 2 litres of water for bright eyes and skin!
