Spotlight On: Alan Hannah

Alan Hannah is a bridal label that was first established in 1988 by its namesake designer - but he moved to marketing, PR and sales in 1990 when he was joined by Cyprus-born designer Marguerite Michael, who would go on to be the creative director of Alan Hannah, as well as Alan's wife! #lovestory 

The most recent collection, Timeless Beauty, takes inspiration from classic looks of the 20th century: think elegant lines and intricate detailing, accented by the addition of accessories from the Alan Hannah accessories range, which was launched in 2011 to complement the main line of gowns.

The bad news (because there's always gotta be a reality check): Alan Hannah's gowns start at around $3,400 - and go steadily upwards from there. The other bad news? Alan Hannah currently doesn't have any stockists outside of the British Isles - but if ever we heard of an excuse for a European excursion...
